Akris is committed to your complete satisfaction; we offer complimentary returns for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Akris packaging, including all dust bags and hangers, and securely seal the box using the provided adhesive strip.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid UPS return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a complimentary pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
